Use of Service

NoFo provides a focus management system combining a mobile app and NFC hardware. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

Hardware

NoFo pucks are provided under a lease agreement as part of your plan. You agree to use hardware responsibly and return it upon termination of your subscription.

Limitation of Liability

NoFo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
